1. PLEASE USE ENGLISH! If you want to speak other languages, please go to "Language Center" forum :)
   
   
   
2. NO FLOODING and NO REPETITION. When you keep posting things like, "THIS CHARACTER IS MINE" or "INUYASHA IS TOO HOT!" and you do this over and over again, this is FLOODING. Be careful before you ask a question, because your question might be already answered in previous posts. To avoid repetitions, you can use the "search" feature to find similar posts.
   
   
   
3. NO SPAMMING (or ADVERTISEMENTS): There's already a forum (Website Showroom) to submit links. Don't advertise via PM or EMAIL! Everyone is encouraged to advertise this (Manga World) forum; HOWEVER, remember to do so only when you're allowed! If someone spams your PM box, please notice the staff!
   
   
   
4. NO TOO-SHORT POSTS: When you say something, please explain, or expand on it more! Don't simply say, "I like this" or "I vote this a 10," etc. If you really don't have anything else to say, simply vote! :) DON'T POST WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW, for ex: " I dunno, I haven't seen the manga/anime yet..."
   
   
   
5. NO CURSING. I'm as much an advocate of free speech as anyone, but the members in this group vary greatly in age and in nationality, and I want to keep this site as viewer-friendly as possible. If someone vexes you, DON'T curse back! Report his post to a Moderator instead!
   
   
   
6. DO NOT IMITATE a person's manner, nickname, or writing style, anything that may cause discontentment!
   
   
   
7. NO NEGATIVE REMARKS. Members in this forum come from all over the world and vary in ages. I want to keep this forum as viewer-friendly as possible; so don't make any remarks about others' ages, races, religions, or traditions!
   
   
   
8. NO ILLEGAL PRODUCTS. Sex, malwares, hack, cracks, etc. are completely censored. Period.
   
   
   
9. ALL POSTS ARE COPYRIGHTED. No one has the right to take posts from this forum and post in another forum without the consent of the writer.
   
   
   
10. ABUSE. Anyone who takes advantage of other people's information for bad purposes (that may either cause them problems or hinder the development of this forum) deserves to be banned.

PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS:


1. First time: Posts deleted/edited & First warning.
   
   
2. Second time: Increase Warning Level.
   
   
3. Third time, with the same violation: Nick deletion (if one's nick is deleted, he can still register with another nick). However, if one still ignores the rule, he will be:
   
   
4. BANNED: This is the highest level, for "special" troublemakers.
